Background

Since graduating from an MA in Translation and Interpreting, I have worked in various capacities in the group facilitation and training industry. I currently work as an independent event producer, facilitator and administrator for a wide range of facilitation professionals. I am an expert designer and producer of in-person and online events, supporting professional group facilitators with design, technical production, and documentation. I am an experienced and capable user of Zoom, Teams, Miro, Mural, and other online participation tools and platforms, and serve the team as the initial editor and author of post-event documentation reports. I have broad and deep experience delivering participatory events for public sector clients, delivering for the environmental sector, and creating documentation and reports.

With a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences, I specialise in designing and producing online events that empower group facilitators to shine. My expertise spans the realms of design, technical production, facilitation and event organisation ensuring that every event is seamless and impactful.

I’m well-versed in the latest online tools—Zoom, Teams, Miro, Mural, and more—transforming virtual gatherings into engaging and interactive experiences. My experience includes delivering participatory events for a wide range of university and government departments, making a meaningful impact in the environmental sector and delivering facilitating training courses for ICA:UK, a world-leading facilitation charity. Each project is an opportunity to innovate, inspire, and facilitate connections that matter.

Mission & Values

Throughout my early life as a member of the LGBT community and as a language & cultures enthusiast, I began to see that each individual holds valuable perspectives made up from their unique experiences. Since moving into the facilitation business I see that, these perspectives, when harnessed well, hold the potential to solve problems, create innovation and alter the direction of peoples’ lives and organisations for the better. By using effective methods and techniques to bring out these perspectives and groups and individuals can unleash creativity and create road maps to achieving their goals, My ‘6 step session design and delivery program’ will support you to do this effortlessly for yourself or your organisation.
